A gas safety inspection carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer takes approximately 1 hour. The resulting Gas Safety Record is available immediately after the inspection and is required for landlords renting properties, including Airbnb properties. The inspection can be booked as a standalone service or alongside a boiler service.
