Billable time begins when the chauffeur leaves the applicable operating garage or base and ends when the chauffeur returns after the assignment is complete. May apply to long-distance transfers, multi-stop trips, hourly service, significant waiting time, rural or remote pickups, out-of-market service, roadshows, event programs, full-day executive transportation, and certain coach and group transportation assignments.
