Includes everything in the Standard package, plus property repairs handled by in-house tradesmen, frequent routine inspections and upkeep, and a fully hands-off management service. The wider service includes tenant communications, compliance renewals, quarterly inspections, repair coordination, end-of-tenancy handling, re-letting, cleaning, inventories, decoration where needed, EICR, gas safety and EPC services. Management commission is charged only on rent collected, with no commission during void periods. An initial let pack is charged separately at 7.5% or 8.5% of the 12-month rental value.
