Coordination can cover scoping and prioritising works, selecting colour schemes and fixtures, arranging quotations from licensed trades, preparing project management plans and schedules, managing trades, onsite supervision, quality control, contractor payment approvals, builder recommendations, and property styling for inspections and photography.
