Includes a property website, media production, digital marketing excluding advertising costs, booking management, property management system, property operations, property maintenance excluding third party costs, staff management, weekly property inspections, monthly financial reports, monthly tax reports, GSA and concierge services, and interior design excluding third party costs. Contract length is 24 months. Compensation fee is 20 percent based on gross revenue after rental tax.
