LYFE provides free, high-quality preschool education for children of New York City Department of Education student parents. Eligibility is for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years who are not eligible for Universal Pre-K, when the parent is enrolled in, recently graduated from, or interested in enrolling in a New York City Department of Education program or school.
