Party bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 7 days before the original booking date can be transferred to a new date for free, or refunded minus a £50 administration fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the booking date are not refundable, but may be transferred to another date for a £50 administration fee.
