Written appraisals prepared in accordance with current appraisal standards set by the International Society of Appraisers and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. The process includes an on-site visit, condition inspection, photography, cataloguing, provenance documentation, research and a scholarly report reflecting current market trends. A 50% retainer is collected upon signing a short contract, with the remaining fee due upon completion. Fees are not based on a percentage of the anticipated appraised value.
