A collaborative financial planning service available to eligible Regeneron employees, tailored to personal goals and the complexity of individual financial circumstances. The engagement includes discovery meetings, gathering information about your financial situation, analyzing cash flows, investments, savings, liabilities and insurance policies, developing recommendations for budgeting, savings, borrowing, risk management and investment goals, and reviewing the plan as life changes. Regeneron pays the fee directly to UBS under a written agreement with each eligible employee. Implementation of suggestions is separate from and not included in the financial planning services.
