Details.
The installation titled "Menschen und Parlament - Lebendige Demokratie in Deutschland" presents the development of parliamentary democracy in Germany through film, light and sound projections on the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus. The entire building forms part of the production, with five projection surfaces and additional laser-projected motifs. The viewing area is on the open-air steps on the southern bank of the Spree near Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Light and possible flicker effects are used, so people with light sensitivity are advised to take appropriate precautions. The visit is free of charge.
