Includes separate Intake Sessions and a Settlement Conference. The Settlement Conference may be a 4 hour half day or 8 hour whole day session. Sessions can be joint, shuttle, or a mixture of both, and may take place face to face, by phone, or by Zoom. The process can address parenting, decision-making, resourcing children's needs, communication, separate households, property settlement, ongoing support, and other issues arising from separation. A review may be arranged 3 to 6 months later, particularly for parenting matters.
