A family dispute resolution conference facilitated by an experienced family dispute resolution practitioner. Parties can discuss important issues, work towards an agreement that may become court orders or a parenting plan, and have private time with the mediator. Conferences are available throughout NSW and may be held face to face, in separate rooms, or by telephone. A lawyer can attend to provide legal advice, support and representation if instructed.
