Includes unlimited sparkles for unlimited guests. Parties with 10 or more guests require a minimum booking of two hours. Approximately 8 to 10 guests can be sparkled per hour with 5 to 7 sparkles each. Good lighting is required for sewing or stitching the tinsels onto a single strand of hair.
