Lashes are curled for 1 to 2 months depending on the lash cycle and aftercare. Do not wear mascara or contact lenses on the day of the treatment. For 24 hours afterwards, avoid wetting or rubbing the lashes, applying cream under the eyes or mascara, and using a sauna or hammam. Contraindications listed on the page include allergies to cosmetic products, current conjunctivitis or eye infection, active ocular herpes, recent eye surgery, current isotretinoin treatment, eczema or psoriasis on the eyelids, severely damaged or nearly absent lashes, and pregnancy or breastfeeding.
