GP-led appointments for acute problems only, available Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and during weekends at West London Enhanced Access Hubs. Access is for patients registered with a member practice and appointments must be requested through the usual surgery. This service excludes long-term ongoing conditions, hospital or other service referrals, investigations and repeat prescriptions.
