The service can include a Single Joint Expert or Party Appointed CPR compliant report covering fabric and defects analysis, landlord and tenant disrepair, valuations, dilapidations, statutory approvals, party wall matters, licence to alter, building surveys, technical due diligence surveys, independent landlord and tenant advice, structural engineering and rent reviews. Support is available for landlords, tenants, freeholders and leaseholders, including assistance with negotiations and amicable dispute resolution. Following an agreement, support can also cover repair and maintenance, planning and forecasting works, expenditure procurement, and the management or execution of contracts.
