A highly practical virtual leadership development program for senior executives, presidents, vice presidents, high-potential leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders responsible for teams, projects, businesses or enterprises. The program uses the Bates ExPI assessment, a confidential feedback and interpretation session with a BTS coach, interactive virtual learning with peers, executive coaching, case studies, wisdom sharing and an action plan. It covers executive presence across Character, Substance and Style, including strengths, development themes, influence, communication, credibility, trust, visibility and leadership impact. Program prework includes completing the online ExPI assessment, preparing for and participating in a 75-minute insights call, and completing digital preparation activities. The live virtual program includes four 2-hour sessions across two days.
