Summer camp enrollment process for ESA sessions. Families submit an enrollment request, complete a 1Core application within 7 days after it is sent, pay a non-refundable program deposit applied toward tuition, and sign up for Tuition Auto Pay. Enrollment requests are processed in the order received, and financial aid applicants should provide the first page of their most recent 1040 form when requested. Allow 3 to 5 business days for request processing. ACH transactions have no fee, while debit and credit card transactions incur a 2.5% processing fee.
