Entry level examination. The optometrist reviews your optical medical history and any eye symptoms, determines your refractive error, and checks the general health of your eyes and surrounding tissues. Supplementary examinations may be carried out if necessary and are included in the fee. Bring your current glasses, wear your contact lenses if you have them, bring a list of any medication you take, and if you are new to the practice, bring any medical history you may have.
