Details.
A grounding and healing ceremony commonly performed during the postpartum period to help close the body after childbirth. Includes support with processing your birth story, herbs tailored to your experience through baths, teas, and emplastos, uterine alignment when applicable, traditional bodywork with rebozos, and wrapping five points of the body: head, shoulders, hips, knees, and feet. The ceremony is available for recent postpartum, many years postpartum, and people who have never given birth. It can support major life transitions and periods of expansion, trauma, or loss, and is open regardless of gender or whether someone has a uterus.
