The service may include taking instructions, reviewing papers, advising on strategy and claim value, pre-claim conciliation, preparing claims or responses, preparing schedules of loss, hearings, witness statements, document bundles, lists of issues, chronologies and preparation for final hearings. Work is performed or supervised by a senior lawyer at Partner level. The service is bespoke and suited to high-value, complex and sensitive employment matters. Typical matters may take around one to two months if settled during pre-claim conciliation, or around 12 to 18 months if proceeding to a final hearing, with some matters taking two years or more.
