A course comprising 6 in-person sessions, 4 live-online sessions and access to a video portal with resources. The course is midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. Includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. Suitable for up to two attendees.
