Interactive, drama-based workshops exploring conscious and unconscious bias, heuristics, decision-making and the impact of behaviour on others. Sessions blend drama, discussion, thought-provoking activities and action-planning, helping delegates understand and reduce bias and constructively challenge less-inclusive behaviours. Workshops are typically around half a day and are delivered by one lead facilitator alongside two or three actor-facilitators.
