Authorisation request for the dispersion of a deceased person's ashes at the Garden of Remembrance, located in the new Montreuil Cemetery. The cemetery service places a plaque on the identification equipment at no charge. The plaque must be plastic, gold-coloured, with black engraved surname, first name, year of birth and year of death, measuring 93 mm by 40 mm and no more than 6 mm thick. Required original documents include a death certificate less than three months old, a cremation certificate and the contact details of the funeral operator appointed to organise the funeral.
