Flame hardening of dies and moulds to reduce wear and increase die life. Large automotive dies and smaller dies can be processed, including selected shut-off or runner areas. Dies can be finished and tried out before final hardening for production runs. Suitable applications include plastic mould dies and metal stamping, blanking, forming and shearing dies.
