Produces drawing sets for submission to the NYC Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and other required authorities. Coordinates throughout the approval process with engineers, the expediter, and other consultants. After approvals are received, coordinates with and guides the selected contractor in obtaining required permits.
