Details.
Uses liquid nitrogen and freezing temperatures to remove skin lesions, including actinic keratoses, viral warts, seborrhoeic keratosis and other benign lesions. The procedure is usually applied using a spray gun, takes a few seconds, and a local anaesthetic is not normally required. Treated skin may become red, develop a scab, and may experience discolouration or scarring. Several treatments may be required depending on the size and number of lesions.
