Includes computerized eye pressure measurements, computerized and subjective refraction, computerized keratometry, visual acuity evaluation, binocular vision assessment, slit lamp biomicroscopy, fundus examination, a printed or digital spectacle prescription, a 3 month warranty on the spectacle prescription, and direct billing to private insurance where plan and eligibility allow. Fundus examination may require dilation. The exam is provided by Doctors of Optometry and can be booked online through the patient portal.
