PCI for complex coronary cases, including multivessel coronary artery disease, bifurcation, calcified, left main, chronic total occlusion, and vein graft lesions, as well as patients with low ejection fraction. Treatment is determined through consultation with a heart team comprising a cardiologist, cardiothoracic surgeon, and cardiac interventionalist. Adjunct techniques may include atherectomy, thrombectomy, distal protection devices, and left ventricular assist devices such as IABP, Impella, or ECMO.
