Combines the project study with site supervision and construction coordination. For works valued between 100,000 EUR and 300,000 EUR excluding tax, the approximate fee is 12% of the works amount excluding tax. Projects exceeding 300,000 EUR excluding tax are quoted as a fixed fee after assessment.
