A classic homeopathic intake for children and adults based on complete health history, current and past symptoms, family health history, relevant labs, and vaccine records. Includes a recommended plan of care that may include a constitutional homeopathic remedy, nutritional guidance, supplements, and herbs. Clients receive access to follow-up appointments and Acute Care. Complete the Health History Questionnaire and Consent Form before the appointment and bring the completed consent form and copies of labs or vaccine records. A follow-up is scheduled 5 to 6 weeks after the intake. For verbal children, time is provided to speak with them. Child appointments can be held via tele-health.
