Includes room design and certified hardware specification, one-touch meeting join, bookable resource account setup, licensing guidance, central management, automatic updates, remote diagnostics, and quarterly reviews. Cabling, mounting, electrical work, room hardware, and Microsoft Teams Rooms licences are excluded from the service fee.
