The therapist prepares fresh ground Premier Organic Coffee with filtered water, conducts two coffee enema rounds, and provides 10 minutes of holding time for each round. The coffee enema bucket can be taken home for an additional $16 value. Sessions are recommended earlier in the day, no later than 3 pm, after a morning bowel movement or colonic session.
