Furnishings may include a bed, mini fridge, nightstand, dresser, desk, chair, pillows, bedding, and towel. Rent includes internet, utilities, and professional cleaning of common areas. Security deposit and first month are required for move-in. Income of 2.5 times rent and a minimum credit score of 650 are required. All leases become month-to-month after the initial term.
