A smear test that checks the health of the cervix. During the appointment, a small sample of cells is taken from the cervix and tested for changes. Results are sent by letter approximately 2 weeks after screening. Patients aged 25 to 64 should be invited by letter. Telephone the Practice to arrange an appointment.
