In-person home visiting support for new parents and families with children up to 6 years of age. Home Visitors discuss the parenting help families need, share information about children's healthy and safe development, help families find nearby community parenting classes and other resources, and encourage the strengths of children and parents. Visits take place in families' homes or nearby convenient locations. The catchment area is North York Northeast, from Victoria Park to Dufferin and Steeles to south of Eglinton Ave.
