Equipment is inspected at off-site workshops, with a quote usually ready within a week. The £6 inspection fee per item, including VAT, is waived if you proceed with the repair. Quotes include all costs, with no hidden fees. A 3 month warranty is provided after repair. Average repair turnaround is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and spare parts availability. Urgent jobs may be subject to a 20% express service fee.
