Bulk transactions for auto dealers and insurance agents include new registrations and titles, registration transfers and renewals, address changes, and cancellations. Daily drop-off and pick-up hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Up to 100 items can be picked up on the second business day, and more than 100 items can be picked up on the third full business day. Individual customer drop-offs are not accepted.
