Consultation to define aircraft type, annual usage hours, major routes and area of operations. Once a suitable jet is identified, annual operating costs are confirmed, followed by execution of the lease agreement, payment of a security deposit held in escrow, and monthly lease payments. The operator provides full ACMI cover, including insurance, engine and airframe maintenance programmes, and crew. Variable costs reflect actual hours used, subject to the annual maximum, fuel costs and similar items. At the end of the term, the aircraft is returned.
