A framework for assessing and improving the sustainability of commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects of any scale, covering design, construction and post-refurbishment phases. It may include any combination of fabric, structure, core and local services, and may also include interior design. Certificates can be issued at the Design Stage as an interim BREEAM rating based on the design or Post-Construction to confirm the final BREEAM rating.
