Tests the boiler controls, visually inspects for corrosion and leaks, performs a Flue Gas Analysis to check that no dangerous fumes are emitted, cleans components if needed, examines the flame, primary components and gas pressure, and follows gas safety procedures to meet the manufacturer's warranty standards. Repairs and parts are not included. A £15 cancellation fee applies within the first 24 hours after booking before an engineer attends, thereafter a £25 cancellation fee applies.
