Authorised AUVIS inspection for vehicles without current NSW registration, including interstate transfers, re-registration after lapsed or cancelled registration, written-off vehicles cleared for re-registration, and imported vehicles. Includes safety, vehicle identity and compliance verification. Required repairs can be handled in the same workshop. Bring proof of identity and any registration papers, receipts or import documents available. The AUVIS report is generally sent electronically, with the original hard copy provided on the day.
