The assessment includes an introductory chat, fitting of an arm cuff, clinical measurements, discussion of results and personalised lifestyle tips. Available broadly to adults aged 40 and over who have not had a recent check, and to younger adults under 40 with a specific clinical recommendation or family history of cardiovascular concerns. Avoid caffeine, smoking and strenuous exercise for at least 30 minutes before the appointment.
