Controlled moist heat therapy for dry eye disease caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. It softens blockages, enhances hydration and blood flow around the eyelids, promotes healthy oil production and tear film stability, and prepares the glands for manual expression. May be combined with meibomian gland expression or IPL.
