A minimally invasive treatment for medium to deep tooth decay, cracks, or larger defects. The tooth is rebuilt layer by layer with composite and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers. The treatment removes only diseased tooth structure, preserves healthy substance, can stop crack growth, relieves shrinkage stress, and includes polishing and bite adjustment. It is often completed in a single session. Particularly suitable when a crown has been recommended, when the nerve has not yet been reached, or when a second opinion is desired.
