Video consultations for eligible patients in Modified Monash Model areas 4 to 7 who have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and are located at least 15 kilometres by road from the treating practitioner. Services may include focussed psychological strategies or psychological therapy provided by eligible psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, general practitioners and medical practitioners. A visual and audio link is required, and suitability, safety and clinical appropriateness must be assessed by the treating practitioner.
