Includes a store tour, factory access, an explanation of how gelato and Messina Specials are made, tastings, a look at the Dulce de Leche machine, the Chocolate Room and chocolate production, and a final scoop. Dietary requirements can be catered for in the tastings if notified within 1 week of booking. Nut allergies cannot be accommodated in the chocolate part of the tour.
