Two-day annual education and professional development event for first-time participants, focused on corporate governance, financial and sustainability reporting, requirements for company management, and competencies for modern supervisory boards. The programme uses realistic case studies and moderated exchange of experience. Participation is limited to approximately 30 executives and concludes with the certificate "Basisveranstaltung Board Academy". Held from Thursday evening to Saturday morning in September at an event location on Lake Starnberg.
