A single ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection of autologous protein solution for mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. The solution is prepared from the patient's blood using the nSTRIDE APS Kit, with approximately 2.5 mL injected into the knee joint. Patients are instructed to limit leg use for at least 24 hours, use cold therapy or ice to relieve pain, and gradually resume normal sports or recreational activities as tolerated.
