Removes the worn-out top layer of existing asphalt, typically 2 to 3 inches deep, to create a rough, stable base for new pavement. The service addresses cracking, rutting, and poor drainage for residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and roads. Includes site assessment and planning, utility and site preparation, precise milling, collection and recycling of milled asphalt, thorough cleanup, and inspection of the prepared surface. Milling depth can range from 1 to 4 inches depending on pavement condition and project goals. Available in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Renton.
